Terms of Service

By creating an account or using PipelineIQ, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

PipelineIQ is a subscription software service that connects to your HubSpot CRM, scores deal health using AI, monitors prospect signals via web search, and surfaces recommended actions for your sales team. The service is provided on an "as-is" basis. AI-generated scores and recommendations are informational — they do not constitute professional sales, legal, or financial advice.

• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• Each workspace represents a single organisation. Sharing accounts across unrelated organisations is not permitted.
• You may not use the service for illegal purposes, or to harass, defraud, or harm others.

You retain ownership of all CRM data you connect to PipelineIQ. You grant PipelineIQ a limited licence to process that data solely to provide the service. You can delete all synced data or your entire account at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

PipelineIQ integrates with HubSpot (CRM), OpenAI (AI processing), and Tavily (web search). Your use of these integrations is also governed by those providers' terms. PipelineIQ is not responsible for outages, changes, or data issues originating from third-party services.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the underlying AI models or scoring logic
• Use the service to build a competing product
• Circumvent rate limits or abuse the API in ways that degrade service for other users
• Upload or process data belonging to individuals who have not consented to its use

We target 99.5% monthly uptime for paid plans. Scheduled maintenance and third-party outages (HubSpot, OpenAI, Supabase) are excluded from SLA calculations. We do not currently offer service credits for downtime.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PipelineIQ's total liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost deals, lost revenue, or reliance on AI-generated recommendations.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, after reasonable notice where possible. You may terminate at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account from Settings.

We will notify active users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
